Location – Base – Kingsfield Court, Chester, CH4 9RF, UK
Terms – Permanent/ Part-time circa 22.5 hours
Salary – Circa £20,000-£30,000
The Role:
To be responsible for all aspects of the office and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ordering stationery, business cards, marketing materials, postal supplies, kitchen supplies. Reviewal of prices to ensure most competitive price is obtained
- Liaise with facility management companies, cleaning services, reactive works, pest control and soft service maintenance
- Review and sign off facility invoices
- Arrange Annual PAT Testing/Fire Extinguishers/Air Conditioning/Servicing of water coolers & boiler.
- Responsible for destruction of annual Topwood data
- Carry out Monthly H&S Audits
- Ensure all licenses are up to date
- Health and Safety appointed person for Fire Marshals, First Aiders, Evac Chair
- Ensure all training requirements and equipment is up to date
- Arrange & promote charitable opportunities via Onhand
- Arrange summer and Christmas annual parties
- Take part in social committee organisation
- Collecting quarterly Above & Beyond nominations for LT
- Ensure all CSR data is up-to-date and supplied to IMG.
- To assist, when necessary, with HR administration, including contracts, offers, payroll reports, recruitment paperwork and updating Cascade with changes
- To assist HR with annual Credit and DBS checks on all staff
- Arranging Credit Cards for Senior Managers and Exec Team and keeping detailed reports
- Assist with all internal comms
- Purchase consumables for the office and ensure stock levels are maintained
