Specialist Motor Finance have never used discretionary commission arrangements, as such none of our customers are impacted. Our agreements state that we pay a commission to our brokers but there is no discretion for the broker to impact the customer rate.

SMF receives Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2022

It’s celebrations all round for the SMF team as we achieve our Feefo Gold Trust Service Award for the second year running!

The Trusted Service Award was introduced by Feefo in 2014 to recognise those businesses that deliver exceptional experiences, by utilising feedback from customers to inform and improve their services.

To qualify for the award, companies must have collected at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2020 and 31st December 2021 and have achieved a service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9.

Of course, the past two years have presented unprecedented challenges to us all on both a personal and professional basis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Customer interactions with businesses have altered significantly during this time, with research revealing that people are 40% more likely to leave feedback following a purchase or receiving a service.

Feedback has always formed an essential aspect to our customer services efforts, as it ultimately allows us to adapt our services to the requirements of our customers.
